Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are a fully insured company.  
 

​Is there a delivery fee?
We offer free delivery if you are located within Shawnee County. Please call for delivery pricing outside of Shawnee County.


Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the inflatable. We will apply the deposit onto your payment after the event. If the event is canceled for any reason you will receive a credit in the amount of your desposit to be used at a later date (up to one year). 
 
 
What kind of power source do I need?
We recommend a 110 amp outlet. We will supply one 25 foot extension cord per piece. If you need a generator you can rent one for your event for an additional $95 dollars. 
 

​How big of an area do I need for the set up? 
Whether you are using the inflatable indoors or outdoors, you need a least 5 feet clearance on each side. Also, tree branches, wires, ceilings, and rooftops must not be touching the inflatable. We do have the obligation to deny a rental due to unsafe conditions.
 
Does the inflatable require an attendant? 
Yes. An adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.
